Refund Policy

At Bakerpress, each piece of wedding stationery is custom-made and created specifically for your event. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Personalized wedding invitations
• Save the date cards
• Seating cards and place cards
• Wedding menus
• Welcome signs
• Vow cards
• Thank you cards
• Any other custom-designed wedding stationery

Because these products are made to your specifications (including names, dates, wording, colors, and design selections), they cannot be resold or reused.

Order Review & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order details, including:

• Names and spelling
• Dates and event details
• Addresses
• Custom wording
• Design selections

Once your order is submitted and approved, we are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Please note that slight variations in color, texture, or print alignment may occur due to screen settings, printing methods, and the handmade/custom production process. These variations are not considered defects.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase and before production begins.

Once design work or production has started, no cancellations, changes, or refunds can be made.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bakerpresspaper@gmail.com.

To process your claim, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item(s)
• A description of the issue

After review, we may offer one of the following solutions:

• A replacement
• A partial refund
• A full refund

The final resolution will be determined at our discretion.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Courier issues
• Customs clearance
• Weather conditions
• Force majeure events

Please place your order early to allow sufficient time for production and delivery, especially for time-sensitive wedding events.
