All products sold by Bakerpress are custom-made wedding stationery and personalized according to customer specifications, including but not limited to names, dates, event details, wording, colors, and design preferences.

Because of the personalized nature of our products:

  • Products may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website.

  • Slight variations in color, paper texture, print placement, trimming, and finishing may occur due to printing methods, screen settings, and handmade processes.

  • These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is made-to-order and created specifically for your event.

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Reviewing names, dates, spelling, and event details

  • Confirming all customization information

  • Ensuring shipping information is accurate

Once design work or production has started:

  • Orders cannot be canceled

  • Orders cannot be modified

  • Orders cannot be refunded

If digital proofs are provided, production will begin only after customer approval.

Once a proof is approved, Bakerpress is not responsible for any spelling errors, omissions, or design issues contained in the approved proof.

Customers acknowledge that final printed products may appear slightly different from digital proofs due to printing methods, paper materials, and monitor display differences.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include:

  • Taxes

  • Shipping fees

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

Payment must be completed before production begins.

By placing an order, you represent that all payment information provided is valid and authorized.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Wedding and event dates are time-sensitive. Customers are responsible for placing orders early enough to allow for production and shipping.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Force majeure events

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Bakerpress is not responsible for missed event dates caused by shipping delays beyond our control.
