Order Information:

● Production begins after proof approval — typical lead time 3 weeks + ~1 week shipping.

Ordering Process:
1. Place order and select “Invitation Suite”.
2. Send your custom text (names, date, venue, dress code, etc.) — template examples available on request.
3. Receive digital proof → request revisions → approve → production begins.
4. Add-ons (wax seal, address printing, hand-lettered place/menu cards) via custom link after proof.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted only before design work begins for a full refund. Once design has started, maximum refund is 50% (to cover incurred design fees).
Proofing & Liability:
All proofs are sent via email (bakerpresspaper@gmail.com). Please carefully review spelling, grammar, dates, and all details. Once the final proof is approved and printing begins, Baker Press is not responsible for any errors (including those confirmed by the client). Reprints will be charged at full price.
